As this is my very first college experience, I am extremely satisfied with my journey at CIPM. I truly believe I have chosen the right place to study Human Resource Management. The college provides a well-organized and supportive learning environment, and the facilities are excellent. One of the best aspects of CIPM is its talented and experienced lecturers. They are not only knowledgeable but also approachable and friendly, which creates a great learning atmosphere. However, while some lecturers have extensive experience, they sometimes face challenges in effectively delivering the content. IPM was awarded the prestigious ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certificate covering all its operations including branch operations in Galle, Kurunegala and Kandy. The only government institute for HRM Had a wonderful time at lectures eventhough I was weekend batch. The lecturers are supportive and the staff is very much-loved. Cool space to have your degree in HRM. From the beginners to graduates, they're always encouraging for a better professional scheme. It's a institute which is providing foundation caurses to MSCs in the feild of Human Resource Management. There are air-conditioned lecture halls, huge library, and also good sanitary facilities. This is where I completed my Natiinal Diploma in HRM in 2005. During that time, IPM was the only professional institute to award this qualification. I am so fortunate to continue my human resource management studies with the CIPM from the very beginning, and CIPM is the place that turns my career life and equips me with all the skills to be a HR professional. I joined CIPM for Advanced Certificate of Human Resources Management (ACHRM) at Gampaha branch and my experience with CIPM is really positive. A good place for higher education, Classes are in good quality and all the lecture halls are air conditioned, All the lecture halls had protectors as well and the staff is so friendly but the only issue was the Secuirity guy who didn’t allow to access the parking so we had to park in a unsafe place. The Institute of personal Management is one of the most famous private institutes in Sri Lanka which offers more degrees related to Human Resources Management studies. Parking lot is big. Security surveillance and almost everything is good. Foundation, Certificate & Professional qualification are the stages you need to follow for HR. It will take 3.5 years to complete. When I wanted to upgrade my HRM qualification to Chartered Qualification in Human Resource Management (CQHRM) , little did I know that I’ll get on the same stage after 16 years to carry the highest award as the best performer of year 2023, as I did back in 2007 when I won the “Jayantha Jayaratne” Gold Medal as the best performer at the award ceremony in 2007. It is indeed a great honor to have received the same award once again after 16 long years, and I’m forever grateful to CIPM for what I’ve gained throughout my professional journey!
