Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Sri Lanka (CIPM)
Institute of Personnel Management Sri Lanka (IPM) was founded in 1959 by a small group of professionals with the objective of developing and promoting the profession of personnel management. The Institute was subsequently incorporated by an Act of Parliament in 1976, and its name was amended by Act No. 31 of 2018 as the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM). With a history of almost 60 years now, CIPM is a professional body and is affiliated to the Asia Pacific Federation of Human Resource Management and World Federation of People Management Associations.

Now a days many countries and most powerful companies are lacking in this knowledge though they having most advance technologies and high end marketing strategies. From this chapter I learnt how to be people’s person; I trust this will help to my future goals.
Also I can say that rather than studying for get qualification if we study for getting the knowledge will give you better results, because I just enroll to PQHRM to getting knowledge about people management and that result being a MERIT Award winner 🎖🎖🎖 of my Batch.

As this is my very first college experience, I am extremely satisfied with my journey at CIPM. I truly believe I have chosen the right place to study Human Resource Management. The college provides a well-organized and supportive learning environment, and the facilities are excellent.
One of the best aspects of CIPM is its talented and experienced lecturers. They are not only knowledgeable but also approachable and friendly, which creates a great learning atmosphere. However, while some lecturers have extensive experience, they sometimes face challenges in effectively delivering the content.
Overall, I am very happy with my experience at CIPM, and I believe it is the best place for HRM education.
